''Serpent™ is an amazingly flexible, abrasion resistant shop air tool hose which provides a durable alternative to heavier rubber hoses. Serpent™ is priced similar to traditional PVC hoses but offers many advantages - seeing is believing. It is extremely light-in-weight, easy to handle (especially in cold weather) and provides superior abrasion resistance when dragged. It is available in Red (NL1430), Yellow (NL1437) & Orange (NL1439) and is also available as a garden hose - Refer to Water Discharge & Washdown section of this catalogue.

Construction: Tube: High grade, low-temp, hybrid thermoplastic polymer. Cover: High grade, low-temp, hybrid thermoplastic polymer. Reinforcement: High tensile strength polyester yarn.

Typical Fittings: N400 brass barbs, garden hose fittings, pinch clamps, brass ferrules. Due to its flexible nature, we highly recommend the use of rubber bend restrictors (N421RB-xxx Series). N511/512/400L/176 Long barbs/Ferrules for larger sizes at higher temps/pressures.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +65°C (149°F)  ''
