1. 2. Operation and usage

1)Place the unit in proper position (easytoweld)

2)Connected to 110V operating voltage

3)Open the power switch on the panel, digital tube light, power indicator light

4) According to the welding process requirements, adjust the welding parameters (such as welding wire,the welding parameters adjusted to 35-45. To weld wire,the welding parameters adjusted to30-38.
Welding wire, the welding parameters adjusted to 25-35. With a flat head, the welding parameters is 45-50 .

5)In welding process, if soldering wire becomes red too fast, please reduce parameters accordingly.

6) Adjust the welding parameters, the welding wire installed in the torch head, then do alignment to the welding position, hold the welding switch, with a certain pressure, press the welding wire into the welding work-piece, after welding release the torch switch, pause 3-5 seconds, let the work-piece cooling for a while then take the torch away. 3.
